Chuy's, a restaurant with 15 locations in Texas, will begin hiring on Monday for its Cool Springs location -- the first Chuy's outside the Lone Star state.
A tent will be set up beside the restaurant, which is under reconstruction at the location of the former Beethoven's, 3061 Mallory Lane. Applications will be taken Monday through Saturday until the end of October, when the restaurant is scheduled to open.
Chuy’s will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
The restaurant boasts recipes from South Texas, New Mexico and Mexican border towns, with only one item on the menu over $10.
